Lawful and respectful use
Do not use Thaka to facilitate illegal activity, fraud, scams, identity theft, forged documents, impersonation, extortion, threats, stalking, harassment, unlawful discrimination, hate, exploitation or incitement to violence. Child sexual exploitation and abuse are prohibited. Do not disclose private data or intimate material without lawful authority.
Safety and honest assistance
Do not use the tools to plan violence, create malware, enable cybercrime, produce dangerous weapon instructions, evade sanctions or deceive people with fabricated evidence or credentials. Follow applicable law and external providers’ safety rules. Study, analyse and learn responsibly without presenting unreliable outputs as verified professional advice.
Privacy, copyright and integrity
Use only authorised text, pictures and personal information. Do not plagiarise, fabricate citations, submit work deceptively, impersonate a teacher or official, or violate another person’s copyright, privacy or confidentiality. Do not upload confidential employer or student records without the required authority.
Technical abuse
Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass authentication, extract other users’ records, share credentials, scrape private data, send spam, overload the service, deploy malicious code or evade security and usage limits. Automated access requires our authorisation unless a non-waivable legal right permits it. Responsible vulnerability reports should avoid exposing user data or disrupting service.
Reports and proportionate action
Report concerns through the operator’s official contact channel with the relevant page and non-sensitive evidence. We may restrict access, remove affected records and cooperate with competent authorities where lawful. Legal action may be taken by the Company or an affected person where a valid claim exists. There are no automatic contractual criminal penalties, and mandatory rights remain in force.
