Thaka Ai · TRUST & RESPONSIBILITY

Terms of Use

Effective 14 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-14

1. Operator and scope

Thaka Ai is operated by Agriculture Connect W.L.L., Kuwait (the Company). These terms cover the Thaka website, learning materials, account features, GPT assistance, translation, writing, recipes, voice input and text-and-picture PDF tools. The official operator website is www.agricultureconnect.com.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

Read these terms, the Acceptable Use rules and the Privacy Policy. Saving account records requires express acceptance of the current terms. If you disagree, do not use the account services. Export and deletion controls remain available without renewed acceptance.

Account and connected ChatGPT use is for people aged at least 13, or the higher minimum age applicable in their country. Anyone under 18 needs parent or guardian permission. Where you lack legal capacity, a parent or guardian with that capacity must authorise your use and agree as required by law. We do not independently verify your age. Schools must obtain the permissions and safeguards required for their students.

3. Account security and identity

Sign in through your own ChatGPT identity. Supply accurate profile information, protect your account and report suspected unauthorised access. Do not share credentials, impersonate someone, use another person’s identity without lawful authority or evade an account restriction. You are responsible for actions you authorise, to the extent provided by law.

4. ChatGPT and other providers

Thaka prepares requests that you choose to copy and send to ChatGPT using your own account. ChatGPT is operated separately by OpenAI under its terms, privacy policy, availability and usage limits. Thaka does not automatically receive your ChatGPT conversations. Browser translation and speech services, when supported, have their own processing arrangements.

Thaka Ai is an independent service. References to ChatGPT or OpenAI identify the external service and do not mean sponsorship, endorsement or a partnership. Never bypass a provider’s safety measures, access restrictions or usage limits.

5. Accuracy and responsible learning

Learning materials, AI responses, translations and pronunciation guides may contain errors or become outdated. Verify important facts, calculations, references and instructions before relying on them. Starter lessons and quiz completion are practice resources, not an accredited qualification or certification of language proficiency. Pronunciation guides written in English letters are approximate and do not guarantee an accent.

Follow your school’s, university’s or employer’s rules on AI assistance, citations and academic integrity. Do not submit generated work deceptively as entirely your own or fabricate sources. The tools do not replace qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

6. Recipes and safety

Recipes are simplified home-style guides. Times, yields and substitutions vary with ingredients and equipment. Check ingredient labels, allergies, hygiene, storage and safe cooking temperatures; use reliable food-safety guidance and the recipe’s doneness checks. No recipe or substitution is guaranteed allergen-free or suitable for a medical diet. Supervise children and use knives, heat and appliances safely. Version 1 has no cooking timers or alarms.

7. Your content and permissions

You retain rights in your own text, pictures, recipes and questions. Submit only material you may lawfully use, including required privacy and copyright permissions. You grant the Company only the permissions needed to store, format and provide the account features you request. Saving a recipe does not publish it publicly. Locally selected PDF pictures are not uploaded to Thaka. We do not claim ownership of every AI output.

8. Brand and intellectual property

© 2026 Thaka Ai. Rights in our original site design, software and owned materials are reserved by the Company or its licensors. Our name and logo identify our brand; this notice is not a claim of registered trademark status. Third-party marks, user content, open-source software and licensed assets retain their respective rights and licences. Copyright does not give us ownership of facts, mathematical principles, ingredients or cooking methods. Statutory exceptions remain available.

Do not copy or distribute protected site materials, falsely imply affiliation or misuse our branding without permission or another lawful basis. For an intellectual-property complaint, provide the page or material reference, the right claimed, evidence of authority and a contact method through the operator’s official contact channel.

9. Misuse, enforcement and reports

The Acceptable Use rules form part of these terms. The Company may restrict access, remove stored content or suspend affected functions when reasonably necessary to address a breach, unlawful activity, security risk or lawful official request. We may preserve and disclose relevant records only with a lawful basis. Suspension does not itself establish criminal guilt. Courts and competent authorities determine liability and penalties.

Use the official Agriculture Connect contact channel for abuse, identity misuse, copyright, privacy or security concerns. Include the Thaka page, date, a concise description and relevant non-sensitive evidence. Do not send passwords or identity documents through a public channel. We may seek clarification, take proportionate action and allow review when appropriate and lawful. For an emergency, contact the competent local authorities.

10. User responsibility and indemnity

You remain responsible under applicable law for your unlawful conduct, unauthorised content and infringement of others’ rights. To the extent legally enforceable, you must indemnify the Company for proven, lawfully recoverable losses, third-party damages and reasonable legal costs caused by your unlawful content or material breach. This does not cover the Company’s own fault or breach of law. A settlement requiring your payment needs your agreement or another enforceable legal basis. Personal criminal liability cannot be transferred by contract.

11. Availability, costs and liability

The current Thaka tools are offered without a Thaka subscription charge. Your external provider, mobile data or internet costs and limits may apply. Any future paid service must disclose its price, billing and cancellation terms before purchase; these terms do not authorise an automatic charge. Maintain your own copies of documents and important content. Availability, error-free operation and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.

Where legally enforceable, we exclude indirect or consequential contractual losses arising from use of the free tools. Nothing excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, non-excludable injury liability, mandatory consumer or privacy rights, or any duty that cannot lawfully be waived. The Company retains its independent legal obligations; these terms do not provide immunity from legal action.

12. Closure, changes and governing law

You may stop using the service, export your account records, clear history or delete your Thaka account data in My space. Deletion does not cancel obligations or legal claims already arising. Material future terms changes will be explained in the service, and renewed express acceptance will be requested for account services. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued mandatory rights.

Kuwait law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules applicable in another country. Disputes go to competent Kuwait courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Contacting us is encouraged but does not prevent a lawful complaint to an authority or court. The English and Arabic versions are intended to have the same meaning; Arabic prevails where permitted by law. An unenforceable clause is ineffective only to that extent. Online availability does not certify lawful operation in every country.

13. Kuwait, MENA and international requirements

Applicable mandatory consumer, privacy, child-protection, intellectual-property and court-access rights in your country remain unaffected. The Company must assess and implement any required commercial or service licences, disclosures, processing safeguards, registrations, permissions and international data-transfer arrangements for its actual activities. Your acceptance does not replace a required regulatory approval or authorise unlawful processing.

Kuwaiti requirements and any applicable local requirements in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia or another MENA country must be assessed for the service and data involved. A Kuwait-based operator is not automatically exempt from other countries’ mandatory rules. Where a feature cannot lawfully be provided, its availability may be restricted without removing accrued mandatory rights.

For users elsewhere, applicable territorial privacy rules, child-consent rules and non-waivable consumer protections remain in force. Thaka account processing, local PDF preparation and your independent use of ChatGPT are separate activities. These terms describe responsibilities and safeguards; they are not a certification of compliance in every jurisdiction.
